We here at Golfer's Pro Shop have customized this club for the senior woman. We've added jumbo grips and a high launch ladies graphite shaft, making this the perfect combination for senior women with slower swing speeds and arthritic hands.

The Women’s ZXi Fairway Woods have all the same clubhead technology as the men’s model, but their components are optimized to fit female swings—such as ideal, shorter shafts with customized flex profiles. Plus, they come standard with an upgraded grip that provides comfort and great feedback.

I-Flex Face: This completely redesigned face thickness pattern produces more efficient energy transfer at impact, increasing ball speed.

Rebound Frame: Is an entirely unique system that amplifies energy transfer at impact. By utilizing two flex zones, instead of just one, Rebound Frame maximizes flex across the face to increase power, ball speed, and, ultimately, shot distance.

Adjustable Hosel: An all-new, 1.5-degree hosel sleeve lets you fine tune every ZXi Fairway Wood’s loft, lie, and face angle.

Carbon Crown: The 3 W and 3W use a strong, lightweight carbon crown, positioning mass low and maximizing COR. Their stepped crown design lowers the clubheads’ CG for higher, longer shots. The 5W and 7W do not include a stepped crown, prioritizing improved spin and accuracy over distance.

Center of Gravity: In the both the all-new 3 W and 3W, the Center of Gravity (CG) is placed low and shallow for enhanced distance. Whereas in the higher lofted 5W and 7W, the CG is set differently to enhance spin for increased control.

Tour Shaping: Progressive new footprints for ZXi Fairway Woods feature leading edge shape changes for a flatter, more grounded look on the toe side; stepless crowns (on most models) for deeper mass positioning within each clubhead; and an improved sole shape for increased forgiveness.

Why Senior Women Should Consider Jumbo Grips

Jumbo grips have larger surface area than traditional grips which allows pressure to be more evenly distributed. As a result, jumbo grips are highly recommended for those with arthritis and other hand and wrist conditions since they can significantly reduce pain & discomfort. If you are considering trying jumbo grips for the first time, Golfers Pro Shop recommends purchasing one club and trying it out first before making a significant investment. Some women with smaller hands find jumbo grips to be too cumbersome.
